- As a Cedar Community Champion you are responsible for providing a pleasant, courteous, caring, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members as they enter the building. You are the face of Cedar Community and will leave a lasting impression on those we serve.
- Ability to use the basic office machines including telephone system, calculator, cash register, and fax machine, sorting of packages and medication deliveries for signature and pick up.
- Demonstrate ability with computers and various software application s. .
- Be flexible and help in other areas or assignments as needed.
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Variety is the spice of life.
- Good communication skills both orally and written.
- Patient, sensitive, and compassionate when dealing with the needs of our residents and their families.
- Teamwork makes the dream work and flexibility is key when coverage is needed in other customer relations locations.
- Providing a pleasant, courteous, caring, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members of Cedar Community is vital to this role.
