Crisis Care Coordinator - Law Enforcement Co-Responder Job at Arisa Health
Arisa Health in Conway is seeking dynamic candidates to create a Co-Responding Mobile Crisis Team with the Conway Police Department serving individuals of all ages. Candidates will serve as Crisis Care Coordinators in the Co-Responding Mobile Crisis Team with the Police Department and must be skilled in assisting clients during a behavioral health crisis in a community setting. Candidates must demonstrate the following skills: multitasking talents, effective problem solving skills, ability to adapt to changes, strong team-building skills, and effective communication skills.
The Care Coordinator will respond to crisis events with triage, assessment, and de-escalation in the community setting. The Care Coordinator will receive all appropriate training and support ongoing through Arisa Health. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a Behavioral Service-related field is required, along with experience providing direct client behavioral healthcare.
Work hours: Full time, varied hours in the daytime.
