Guest Service

• Greets each guest. Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service.
• Knows and adheres to quality standards for guest services.
• Handle guest requests, suggestions, complaints, returns, and questions efficiently.
• Report guest suggestions, comments, and complaints to the Department Manager.
• Assist guests in finding product and provide product samples.
• Assist guests with special order requests in prompt, friendly, courteous manner; ensuring appropriate follow-through.

• Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on-time and appropriately uniformed.
• Availability meets the needs of the department for scheduling purposes.
