WORKING CONDITIONS
- Clean environment, NO grease, NO fryers!
- Austin Circle C store location is in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood shopping center, across from HEB and other family businesses
- Comfortable uniforms: polos, t-shirt, shorts / jeans, and tennis shoes
- Most shifts are between four and eight hours; Flexible schedules with predictable hours and pay
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
- Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies using our sanitation practices
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafes’ standards
- Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
