The Credit Analyst I will be responsible for capturing approved and conditional loan requests and building strong business relationships with dealerships.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Cultivate business relationships with new auto dealerships.
- Maintain business relationships with existing auto dealerships.
- Actively engage with dealerships by telephone and/or email to solicit business and find solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Partner with sales & marketing other production/origination departments to ensure that the dealerships experience excellent customer service and superior follow up while deals are in the funding stage.
- Maintain accurate lead list and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in the sub-prime auto finance industry.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
