Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing materials, including print ads, POS, web assets, digital media, tradeshow graphics, etc.
- Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in graphic design, and basic knowledge of related areas such as merchandising, advertising, marketing, licensing, and co-branding.
- Ensure accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and possess an eagerness to learn.
- Balance multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders: project managers, marketing leads, and external vendors to execute design concepts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of digital and/or print design experience.
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma on Mac OS.
- Experience designing for a variety of media, between digital and print.
- Documented experience creating print graphics and working with vendors to project completion.
- Earnest to apply organizational, design, and time-management skills.
- High-level understanding of branding, advertising, online marketing, and media concepts.
- Able to fold the big idea through a wide range of media.
- Ready to present and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Conceptual thinker that can generate multiple ideas and solutions to design tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Enjoy the ability to work autonomously on assignments.
