Cunningham-Reis is searching for a skilled crane operator for hydraulic and friction lattice boom cranes for our construction projects in the state of Iowa. Pile driving experience required. 3+ years experience preferred. Candidate must be NCCCO certified, responsible, safe, and hard working with lifting and rigging knowledge, and fluent with hand signals. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Some operation of other construction equipment: Excavators, skid loaders, etc.

Job Description

Including but not limited to:

• Operating hydraulic and friction lattice boom cranes
• Pile driving including diesel, vibratory and gravity hammers
• Clam shell digging
• Swinging concrete, lumber and rebar or building materials.
• Occasional tandem picks when setting beams
• Inspect and perform basic equipment maintenance
• When crane operation is not needed, operator is asked to assist with other construction duties
• Travel and overnight stays may be required within the State of Iowa - but no out-of-state travel is required

Physical requirements

Stand, climb, bend, kneel, lift and balance for extended periods of time

Lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis

Work safely in various adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, mud, etc.

Pre-employment drug and physical screen is required.
