Summary:

To live out the mission of The Cove Church through sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Cove Students Coordinator will participate in the vision, ideation and development of student programs. Assist in training and resourcing of Cove Student leaders as they build and sustain student programs on campus.

• Innovator - Identify ways to improve the ministry and more effectively live out our mission and vision. Lead and embrace change with positivity and clarity.
• Implementer - Gather and evaluate information that leads to smart decisions. Create duplicatable processes and hold yourself and the team responsible for performance.
• Finisher. Has a knack for getting goals and objectives across the finish line. Have the steadfast mentality to see something to completion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carrying the vision, ideation, and development of Cove Students
• Able to think through an expansive scope, plan both operationally and relationally
• Has a passion to help people grow personally and spiritually
• Build a collaborative culture with Campus Staff and leadership
• Develop and own the strategy and processes to effectively engage with students
• Ownership in establishing measurable outcomes for Cove Students ministries
• Advocate for Cove Students ministries and projects
• Equip and support Campus Pastor as they navigate thru growth of Cove Students
• Responsible for customizing programs and initiatives in the local community for students
• Ownership in maintaining monthly budget to be reported to Operations Director and Campus Pastor for oversight.
• Weekly Time Allocation (40 hours): Weekend Service - 20%, Meetings - 20%, Training/Development - 30%, Relational Equity - 30%

Personal Responsibilities

• Live a life worthy of the calling as taught in Ephesians 4
• Demonstrated follower of Jesus Christ as described in 1 Timothy
• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside of the church
• Faithfully tithing consistently at least 10% of all personal income to God’s work through The Cove Church
