We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our administrative team at our Boise location.
Tasks of a Medical Receptionist include the following:
-Greeting clients and facilitating their experience
-Answering the phone and scheduling clients with the right provider
-Handling payments
-Establishing patient accounts with CRM
-Navigating insurance eligibility and credentialing
-Following up with client accounts
-Keeping client records up to date
-Maintaining a clean environment
-Prescription Refill Requests
-Assisting provider work flow
-Records Requests from other providers
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Working within a team environment to complete common goals
- The ability to organize in a shifting environment
- Friendly, outgoing, welcoming
- A multi-tasker
- Self-motivated
- Responsible with finances and confidential information
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous medical billing/administrative experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
