About The Role
Responsible for daily operations of Glacier Bancorp's centralized data center for item processing for its subsidiary banks. Includes keying and balancing of all incoming branch capture and in clearing work. Work involves personal contact with customers and others inside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring. Communications require shorter and not in-depth discussions most of the time.
The entry rate for this position is $13.57+ / per hour (calculated for Helena, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Answer phone calls to help tellers delete necessary items and provide them with the overrides that are necessary. Assist with any processing
questions they may have.

Print all preventable errors and give to supervisor. Pull email notifications from banks to ensure that all work is processed.

Print dailly balancing reports. Verify Teller Capture is in balance so day shift work doesn't cause errors for night operator. Verify GL entries
are to proper divisions.

Balancing each run needs to be completed timely and accurately. 5%
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy
Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score
by due date.
