8:30am - 5:00pm
You will be the first and last impression with our client’s customers.
Providing a warm welcome, and delivering memorably excellent service, you will drive our company to new horizons.
What you can expect** in a typical day:
You will always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.- You will be the first impression to guests, providing friendly and helpful information about parking policies and where employees can park.
- You will monitor the capacity of the client's parking lot and help direct employees to an open stall.
- You will manage traffic flow in the parking lot and adjust parking lot signage throughout the day as needed.
- You will monitor cars that are parked in No Parking areas, and take the appropriate steps to record and report information about those vehicles, per agreed-upon parking policies.
- You will use critical thinking to identify parking program improvements, driving continual value and benefit for our client.
What we will expect of you:
- You will impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
- You will be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- You may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
