IMA Clinical Research is seeking to hire a creative professional with expertise in SEO and Copywriting.

This individual will write compelling copy to educate and influence target audiences to
recruit patients, and increase company brand and presence, as well as facilitate
and manage SEO functions by collaborating with other graphic and
technical professionals within IMA to drive enhancements.

This is a full time, remote role.

This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado or Washington states at this time.

Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to

• Research write and edit content for IMA websites and all the virtual disease community websites to expand brand awareness and drive patient recruitment efforts.
• Facilitate and manage SEO principles/functions for IMA website and community websites to maximize brand/company reach.
• Write compelling copy for Patient Recruitment Ads, and other departments/divisions needing copy/SEO support
• Write copy for Patient Recruitment E-mails to generate study interest/leads.
• Conduct research and interviews to develop content topics and content calendars, as it relates to company goals/KPIs to increase brand presence.
• Collaborate with technical and graphic professionals, as needed to assist with marketing projects/campaigns.
• Edit and proofread copy – high level of attention to detail to ensure quality production.
• Providing references and medical annotations where appropriate.
• Leverage expertise when interpreting copywriting briefs to fully facilitate project requirements.
• Adhere to project requirements and deadlines.
• Contribute feedback to offer improvements in processes and procedures that impact patient recruitment and other efforts needed to extend the company footprint in research and other areas.

EDUCATION

• Required Associate or bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE

• Required 3-5 years of copywriting experience
• short format tactics.
• Preferred Experience with medical writing
• Preferred associate or bachelor degree in business or related field
