Coordinator, Concierge (Safety and Security) Job at WinShape Foundation
Overview:

Scope of Position: *The Coordinator, Concierge (Safety and Security) will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring WinShape managed and operated buildings and grounds on the mountain campus of Berry College.
*
Reports to*: Senior Manager, Safety and Security
Responsibilities:
- Creates a serving, welcoming, and relationally safe environment for all that interact with Workplace and Property Services
- Coordinates with Berry College Campus Security to perform scheduled campus patrol by foot and golf cart
- Ensures WinShape managed spaces are free of non-registered guest as per the WinShape Banquet Event Order
- Monitors appropriate use of signage, access control, bollards, and virtual presence
- Maintains subject matter knowledge of WinShape Emergency Action Plan, CPR/AED/First Aid, and incident reporting procedures through required training and annual simulations
- Appropriately escalates and manages emergency situations as required
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Safety and Security
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and equivalent work experience
- Requires 3-5 years of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
