Responsibilities
The Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator is responsible for managing the social media presence and channels strategy to deliver on objectives for engagement and growth
This position conducts day-to-day efforts to source, create, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take desired actions
Work closely with the company drivers and departments across the company to create, curate, manage, and publish original content aligns with our core values, brand vision, and voice
Research target audiences and discover current trends
Design social media posts for creating and sustaining followers' curiosity about company offers
Overseeing the layout of company's social media accounts
Responding to social media comments, and reviews in a timely manner
Lead creation and curation of messaging, content, and visuals for corporate social media
Create and maintain career-focused content to support employer brand
