Summary
The Contact Center Training Assistant works with Contact Center Training Coordinator and contact center management, the account trainer and other Gainwell staff to coordinate training efforts for the contact center employees. The Contact Center Training Assistant is a contact for new staff during the training period. They also anticipate and analyze the need for training in different areas of the contact center. Working with the quality team to ensure training gaps are identified and addressed is a vital part of this position.

The pay range for this position is $42,696 - $53,391 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
