Contact Center QA Assistant Job at Gdic Mgmt
The Contact Center QA Assistant position will play an important role in the daily Quality Assurance of calls as well as ongoing training and retention. The QA Assistant will also play an important role in our growth strategy and continued efforts to align with other departments and processes throughout the company. The QA Assistant will report directly to the QA Supervisor.
QA Assistant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily monitoring and coaching of current staff
- Provide Supervisors and Managers with individual agent challenges and strengths
- Ensure scripting and rebuttals are followed on a regular basis
- Assist in ensuring all staff are meeting performance goals
- Assist Supervisors with new-hire training and coaching as needed
- Maintain performance tools and reports used by team
- Agent Monitoring log
- QA Review Forms
- Any additional tasks/assistance needed from management
The QA Assistant will also be responsible to fill in when volume dictates and/or staffing issues arise. The normal working hours will fluctuate based on which shift you will be shadowing. A minimum of 1 weekend a month will be required.
Full-time hourly position, monthly cell phone stipend, paid vacation, and holidays according to Great Day Improvements policy as well as access to the health benefits and 401k plans provided by Great Day Improvements.
