Consumer Loan Officer
Location: Corning, NY or Wilmington, NC
Corning Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Officer to work in our Lending Contact Center.

As a Consumer Loan Officer, you will:
- Assist our members in determining what the best loan options are for their individual situations
- Gather applicant information, review and analyze credit reports, and make sound lending decisions
- Provide exceptional service, support, and education to our members including recommending additional products and services to meet their financial needs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Quality results mindset with strong analytical and judgment skills
- Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, commensurate work experience will also be considered
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Prior lending experience is preferred but not required as CCU will provide extensive training to the ideal candidate
