TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Heavy Civil, Water, and Wastewater General Contractor in the Southeast on their search for a Superintendent with experience in the Heavy Civil, Water, and Wastewater Construction sector to work on medium to large scale Heavy Civil, Water, and Wastewater Construction projects.

Job Title: Superintendent (5+ years Heavy Civil, Water, and Wastewater Experience)

Project Types: Heavy Civil, Water, Wastewater

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all essential Superintendent job responsibilities
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
• Maintain the project schedule and budget
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related to an Engineering field.
• 5+ years managing projects for a reputable heavy civil general contractor(s) with projects focused on the water and wastewater sectors.
• Heavy Civil, Water, Wastewater experience
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
