Construction Project Manager Job at Surf Thru Express Car Wash
Surf Thru Express Car Wash is a rapidly growing multi site car wash chain seeking a construction project manager to oversee the development and construction of new car wash sites throughout the western United States. This position will work from the Bakersfield office and will be an important part of the development team.
6+ years' experience working in Construction preferably in Commercial Construction as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive involvement with 3rd party professionals in developing and building car washes from entitlement to C of O.
- Responsible for all administrative tasks for the assigned project(s) job setup, all logs, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, prime contract change orders, subcontract change orders.
- Manage and control bid processes.
- Manage the relationships between the client, architect, subcontractors, car wash equipment providers, etc.
- Value engineering and design plan management.
- Coordination with design professionals.
- Manages overall billing processes and controls.
- Produce, direct, and monitor project schedule, submittal process, change orders, and budget.
- Direct and lead project team, subcontractors, and crews.
- Travel will be required to job sites as necessary to oversee quality control for projects.
- SWPPP management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
