We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Construction Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of civil construction projects, from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be able to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
• Coordinate and manage activities delegated from the Project Manager, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews and subcontractors as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
