We are currently looking to hire 2 entry-level construction laborers to join our fast growing team! No experience is needed for this position. We are seeking motivated candidates who are reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and adapt to the needs of our company. Candidates who join our team will benefit from on-the-job experience, training and competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Construction job site labor and construction cleanup
- Grounds maintenance/upkeep and light landscaping
- Light maintenance such as light bulb replacement, filter change out etc.
Job requirements include:
- Must have a driver's license
- Must pass a DMV check to drive a company vehicle after introductory period
- Must be willing to travel to various properties in Franklin and Warren County (Mostly in Union, Washington, and Warrenton)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting pay based on experience. Starting pay $17 per hour.
- 7 paid holidays including birthday.
- Paid Time Off or PTO available after 60 days of employment.
- SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with company match up to 3%.
- Weekly pay by direct deposit.
Work Hours and Project Location: Monday - Friday. Start time varies by season, but no later than 7 a.m. Current start time is 6:30 a.m. Project locations vary, but we have construction jobs in Union, Washington, St. Clair, New Haven, Warrenton, Montgomery City, Ellisville, and Farmington. Company pays for drive to project site if out of the local area of Franklin County.
