Overview:
Responsibilities:
Primary Job Functions: To ensure vendor compliance with Alex Lee policies and procedures and assist with implementing best practices in vendor management and associated contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation and development of the vendor onboarding process via the contract management system.
- Implement vendor compliance requirements including introduction of code of conduct and other guidelines.
- Review documents received from vendors to categorize and organize for review or approval.
- Maintain and update employee policies and procedures with support from human resources to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor, document, and confirm vendor maintenance of required certifications and insurance levels.
- Assist with administration of contract management system.
- Maintain central document repositories for employee policies, supplier standards, contracts, etc.
- Partner across the organization to ensure ongoing needs are being met.
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree required.
- Ability to develop positive relationships and lead through influence with internal partners.
- Strong reading, writing, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing.
- Previous experience with a contract lifecycle management system preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion.
