Noble Intent, LLC is a newly established organization and is excited to serve the Treasure Valley and surrounding area. Our office is conveniently located off Vista Ave. in Boise. Noble Intent offers mental health services to children over the age of 5, adolescents, and adults. We cultivate a work environment in which employees feel valued and are an integral part of the team. We are looking for qualified CBRS/ Case Manager to work with our clients.

Candidates will be working in the client’s home and community and will provide Community Based Rehabilitation Services and Case Management.

Each CBRS worker will endeavor to empower, promote growth, encourage development, and enhance the life skills of our clients. Noble Intent CBRS workers will educate and support our clients as they work towards achieving their individualized goals, including, but not limited to: basic living skills, coping skills, medication management, finances, socialization in the community, and managing their mental and physical disabilities.

Case Management duties include arranging and coordinating appointments and transportation and connecting clients with community resources. It is the case managers job to teach and support the client in learning to do these tasks independently in the future.

This can be a part-time or full-time position. There is a sign on bonus of $1,000 for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree (Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Counseling, Social Work, or another human/social services field)
• Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma, and transcripts
• Must be willing to work with children, adolescents and adults
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Be willing to familiarize yourself with insurance requirements
