What we need….
Are you a “people-person”, with a head for details, who likes working with technology, and is a good conversationalist? Ciox is looking for talented, energetic, friendly people interested in working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment handling phone inquiries, processing payments, documenting status, and researching account history to track progress, and resolve discrepancies. This will be a full-time opportunity where you will focus on business-to-business Collections and Account Management.
Responsibilities:
What you will do…
- Handle inbound calls regarding account inquiries and payment collections
- Research account history and resolve customer concerns
- Refer complex issues and requests to Account Management when necessary
- Collaborate with clients to resolve delinquent/past due accounts
- Negotiate payments and settlements within established guidelines
- Promotes electronic products and services to clients to improve efficiencies
What you need to be successful…
- Experience in a call center environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience. (ex. Pivot Tables)
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment while providing effective customer service
- Effective verbal, interpersonal communication, and listening skills
What makes you stand out...
- Working with business-to-business commercial collections
- College Degree
