THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Inspecting tooling, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and templates.
- Strong math skills
- CNC, Lathes/Mills experience
- Manual Lathe
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Can pass a drug screen/background check
- Good driving record/Valid driver’s license
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 2 years of heavy duty large manual machining experience.
- 2 years operating (manual & CNC) Horizontal Lathe
- Ability to measure parts
- Quality checks using inspection tools
- Can setup and operate machines
- Ability to read blueprints, job orders, tool instructions, charts determining specs and machine procedures.
- Ability to use various tools i.e., tuning, facing, grooving, cut-off, boring
