We need part-time CNA's to work Weekends!!
As a very personal service provider, Home Care Aides provide personal care assistance as needed. A genuine desire to work with older adults, and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with them and their caregivers while presenting a caring, friendly attitude is a must, and LIFE’s Home Care Aides are expected to demonstrate daily a commitment to the organization's Core Values of:

- taking responsibility for one's own actions in their delivery of quality, compassionate health and personal service every day at LIFE.
We acknowledge that this level of care and commitment to our values isn't for everyone, so please consider carefully whether you're up for the challenge; we're looking for the best! In-home duties may include:
- Providing companionship through conversation and active listening.
- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (i.e., feeding, transfers and ambulation, showering, toileting, hand washing, grooming, dressing)
- Reminding client of medication schedule.
- Occasional meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Recording changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
- Documenting services delivered in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Possess a caring attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
*** Reliable transportation, cell phone, verifiable car insurance and good driving record is required ***
These are Safety Sensitive positions requiring candidates to have: OK CNA certification a background check, a pre-employment drug test LIFE Senior Services REQUIRES a Flu Shot and COVID-19 Vaccination be completed prior to hire.
