Village Veranda at Lady Lake is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Services community in Lady Lake, Florida and we are hiring CNA's/Caregivers. Our community is a unique, warm atmosphere that provides the finest senior living experiences, and a wide variety of zestful activities for seniors calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of CNA/Caregiver. The incumbent will be responsible for successfully executing the tasks including a short list of key responsibilities, as well as all other duties assigned. Demonstrates and promotes a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace. Dedicated to providing the best heartfelt care and services to our residents and their families.

Shift availability for CNA/Caregiver: Full-time 7am-7pm

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
