COMPANY OVERVIEW
Chicagoland Home Products is a rapidly growing custom storage solution and window covering company located in Elk Grove Village, IL. We design, manufacture and install custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries and more. We also furnish and install window coverings too.
JOB TITLE
Closet Installer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-time, 40 hours a week or more. Start times are at 7am Monday through Friday.
Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable speaking with clients to ensure our finished product meets their expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Operate tools and equipment needed to assemble and install closet systems
-Load vehicles for delivery and installation
-Load and unload items from machines, carts, dollies
-Clean and maintain job site and vehicles
-Communicate with client
-Have a good grasp of the English language
-Other job duties as assigned
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
-Compensation based on experience
-Profit Sharing program after 3 months of employment
-Opportunity to enroll in company health insurance program after 3 months of employment
-9 Company Holidays (Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day & Friday after, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
-Company vehicle provided during work hours
-Some tools provided as well
-Vacation pay of 5 days after 9 months of employment – Vacation days are accrued per week
-2 Paid Sick days per year after 9 months of employment
**Background Check may be performed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
