Clinical Program Manager Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs within our client's well established healthcare organization. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing program budgets, supervising program staff, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of clinical program management. This is a full time, onsite opportunity paying between $70k and $90k depending on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff, to develop program protocols and workflows.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as healthcare agencies, community organizations, and regulatory bodies, to ensure program alignment and compliance.
- Supervise and provide guidance to program staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes, making data-driven decisions to optimize program effectiveness.
- Identify and address program challenges, barriers, and risks, implementing appropriate strategies and solutions.
- Maintain documentation and records related to program activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in clinical program management, and incorporate them into program development and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and other forums to represent the organization and share program updates and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical program management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using metrics to drive program improvement.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity.
- Valid professional license or certification, if applicable (e.g., Registered Nurse, Certified Healthcare Manager).
