Nealy Pierce has been exclusively engaged by a 400+ bed Magnet designated, non-profit teaching hospital in the Eastern US Region to recruit a brand new Clinical Nurse Specialist to join its Emergency Department.

About the Department and Hospital:
- 400+ bed, Magnet-designated non profit hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
- Strong level of support for the CNS - position will work closely with unit educators, charge nurses and a collaborative ER Director
- Strong focus on collaboration between administration, physicians and nurses
- Organizationally driven at all levels to constantly strive for excellence
What we're looking for:
- Master's prepared, board certified Clinical Nurse Specialist with a passion for impacting an organization through evidenced-based research and best practices
- Must have at least two (2) years ER / ED nursing experience
- Someone with an inspirational and collaborative style who can explain the "why" and help bring nurses together to provide the best patient care
