Title: Clinic Manager

Program: HealthPoint – Bryan/College Station, Texas

Beginning Salary: Based on Experience

Travel: 25%

Duties: The position of Clinical Manager is responsible for providing oversight, direction, and supervision to the daily operations of the entire clinic. The individual will supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, analyze clinic flow, evaluate processes, develop policy and procedures, and assure adherence to agency and grant standards.

Education:

Required:

· Associate Degree with 1 year supervisor experience in Healthcare/Medical/Operational setting

· High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience in Healthcare/Medical/Operational setting

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent, and 3 years in supervisory experience in a Healthcare/Medical setting

· LVN/RN license with at least 5 years of practical experience with 3 years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare/Medical Setting

Practical Experience:

· Excellent communication, customer service and organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent critical thinking skills

· Proficient in electronic health record management systems

· In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations

Computer/Software/Data Access:

· Basic computer and typing skills required, keyboarding, experience in programs such as MS Word and Excel.

Licenses, Certificates or Registration:

· Required: Valid driver license and good driving record.
