We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable professionals to join our team of CSRs. The ideal candidates for this position will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and a disciplined work ethic. Our CSRs are responsible for responding to customer inquiries using company policies to resolve issues, as well as ensuring that customers enjoy their experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints.
- Answer phone calls and help customers over the phone.
- Assist customers in resolving issues.
- Help resolve problems and answer questions.
- Provide advice to customers on choosing hardware and software products.
- Perform data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
