A top local wealth management firm is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to assist our team with providing concierge level service to clients and prospects. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and organizational skills with a high level of competence in contact management systems and Microsoft Office programs. Candidates with a working knowledge of investments and financial back-office operations will be given higher priority. Duties and areas of responsibility include, but not limited to:

CLIENT SERVICE: New client onboarding, ongoing client service with correspondence and other communications, document management, money movement, ensuring client action items are accomplished after meetings, following established processes in a timely manner.

FINANCIAL PLANNING/INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT: Working with Associate Planner on preparation of client meetings, investment and planning reviews for clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a self-starter with a proven track record of working independently with great time management skills as a contributing team member to meet deadlines. The candidate must have a positive, forward thinking attitude, pleasant temperament, ability to be flexible and to establish rapport with others with a great sense of humor.
