We are looking for an Client Care Supervisor to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for Quality Assurance of services provided in the home as well as relationship management of clients and PCAs for quality purposes. Serves as a member of the leadership team of the Branch.
- Complete and document all Supervisory Visits for the Branch in compliance with the schedule outlined in the PHCA Policies and Procedures.
- Point of contact for customer service for clients and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
- Responsible for all on-site management of PCA in client’s homes. Works in conjunction with the PHCA Staffing Manager to address performance issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance. Current Certified Nurse Assistance license preferred
- Two years previous experience providing direct care to clients in a home setting. Two – five years supervisory experience preferred.
