As an Associate Client Growth Lead at Bottle Rocket you will own pursuit development for assigned accounts and clients. Manage growth and evolution of client portfolio relationships between $5-10 million in annual net revenues. Become trusted advisor to clients. Present new strategies and innovative ideas and lead complex, multi-dimensional pursuits that leverage global networks and third-party service offerings, including consulting, marketing communications, creative services, software development, data analytics and large-scale technology deployments across multiple technology platforms.

What Your Next Opportunity Looks Like

  • Meet 30% Growth targets on existing accounts and net new work streams (expected $1.5-3M+ revenue growth on existing account portfolio)
  • Consult with clients' stakeholders to address highest value opportunities, challenges, and unmet needs; align delivery teams and ensure optimized execution
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and partners across network to help navigate priorities (macro and micro), achieve desired business outcomes, and set proper expectations
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to address clients' business goals, pain points, competitive set, and present innovative solutions
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Influence long-term relationships and trusted-advisor status within key, targeted accounts
  • Qualify opportunities for account expansion through pursuit coordination with delivery leaders

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 1 year's experience selling consulting services, software, technology solutions, or professional services

  • Demonstrated and proven sales results with complex service or solution sales involving multiple stakeholders

  • Possess sales and consultative selling mindset

  • Highly motivated to work independently, while working collaboratively to drive the sales process
    within Bottle Rocket

  • Strong operational and business acumen in managing client's business to meet internal financial and
    client satisfaction targets

Tech & Tools We Use

  • Experience working with video conferencing software leading meetings, presentations, recordings, etc.; Zoom or Teams preferred
  • Prior software development experience (any platform or language)
  • Previous experience working in an entrepreneurial, small-company environment
  • Experienced with CRM software; Salesforce preferred
