Job Duties (Summary):
Busy Government office seeks a Clerical Specialist to take incoming Help Desk calls in our IT Department (ACSIS), and record the calls in the tracking management system. Learn and maintain document-scanning system for record retention and website availability.
Experience and Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Help Desk support preferred
  • Document scanning experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/ or Microsoft Office tools support
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn
