Claims Technician Job at Insight Global
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a long term Claims Technician in Sarasota, Florida. This person will be making residential visits to peoples homes that need claims made from the recent natural disaster. This person will use a Ricoh Theta 360 camera, a picture sketch app on tablet, and tri pod. They will take 4 pictures outside the houses, pictures of other structures outside like fences, and then 360 degree pictures inside the homes. As they take pictures of each room in the house they will upload the photo to the picture app where the app will then make its own sketch of the home and then will be sent off for the estimate to be written. This person will visit 4-5 houses a day and eventually write cover reports from the homes. This person must be okay with driving as the territory spans from Sarasota, FL to Naples, FL.
Must Haves:

- Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and PDF Converter-must be able to use Word document, turn it into a PDF, then edit the PDF, save it and turn it back to a Word document.
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience with Tablets or Android Apps and taking pictures
- Experience with reporting or administration work
Plusses:
- Construction knowledge
- Insurance/ claims background
- Experience as a field technician
- Experience providing customer service at homes/ going door to door

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
