Essential Functions


Ensure timely and specific processing of correcting codes, payments, ledger errors, and tags.


Assist with training of clerical staff as well as perform administrative duties required during the absence of clerical personnel.


Complete and correct data on claim vendor reports on a monthly basis.


Compile claim reserve information for monthly IBNR ( incurred but not reported ) reserve reports.


Assist in coordination of Claims Department meetings and conferences.


Work with Accounting Department for check routing, questions, 1099's.


Responsible for the research of escheat items including contacting payee and reissuing payments prior to annual escheatment to the State.


Assist with the correction of C.L.U.E. reporting system.


Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree.


5 years minimum relatable experience required.
