State Fund’s Insured Claims and State Contract Services have multiple openings for Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters to plan and implement proactive case management strategies and deliver high quality customer service.

These positions may be filled in the following State Fund locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Oxnard, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, Santa Ana, Stockton or Vacaville.

This position has an option to telework and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.

Candidates must reside in California to be eligible for this appointment.

Under the direction of the Assistant Claims Manager, the incumbent will:

• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations
• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
• Work collaboratively as a member within a team of claims professionals and with other stakeholders
• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
• Ensure delivery of a high quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties
