Child and Family Therapist - Community Based

Salary Range: $50,000.00 $63,600.00 (depending on licensure)

Sign on Bonus: $4,000.00

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Therapist to work in our Children’s Program (ChIP), providing community-based support services to children and families where needed, including office, home, and school-based settings.

As a Community-based Child and Family Clinician you have a unique role of enhancing the cohesiveness of services involved in the treatment with children and families. You will have the opportunity to engage with all the key social, cultural, and healthcare systems that touch a child and family. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals engaged in similar work, and benefit from significant collegial support. You will also have the opportunity to participate and receive training in several evidence-based practices offered through the Children's Program.

Responsibilities

• Parent, child, and family therapy
• Home, school, and/or primary care support
• Parenting education
• Case management and inter-agency coordination
• Crisis management

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field is required.
• Eligibility to be licensed as a LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist or LICSW in NH is required; active licensure preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with auto insurance is required.
