About us
Smart Start Development and Learning Center is a program that seamlessly approaches to integrate site resources to serve at risk and gifted students. Our model is to design and meet the individual needs of each student and may include small groups or one one based instruction based on diagnostic and prescriptive teaching.
Plans and implement activities which are designed to develop a range of social, cognitive, and motor skills for individual and groups of children within a specified age range, working within a child care center, classroom, or field environment. Supervises and trains student employees and staff engaged in child care and development activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Novi, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Early childhood education: 2 years (Preferred)
- Childcare work: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- CDA certification (Preferred)
