Our Care Providers offer nurturing care and year round instruction using curriculum based lesson plans which are provided. They also assist w/meals, outside playground time, record milestones for children, encourage learning through play, interact with other caregivers & parents and participate in ongoing paid career training.

LEAD TEACHERS REQUIREMENTS : Associates degree, Bachelor degree or Masters degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related education field of study. ... OR ... a CDA credential (child development associates) ...OR... 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field with a plan to obtain a CDA. Working experience with infants/toddlers.

ASSISTANT TEACHERS / CAREGIVERS: HS Diploma with 2+ years experience working with children in a child care center. Applicants with a CDA credential or Early education degree or similar (Assoc. or Bachelors) a plus but not required.
