What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?
Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. With the support and direction of our Center Directors, you will receive ongoing employee training, program support, and professional development opportunities. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.

The ideal child care teacher has:

• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
• A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
• Training provided for those passionate about early education!

With our seven child care locations throughout Greater Green Bay, there are always opportunities to grow.

Here are our child care locations looking for educators:

• De Pere Center – Lawrence Drive in West De Pere: Toddler Teacher & Float Teacher
• Bellin Center - Webster Ave in Allouez: Infant/Toddler Float Teacher
• The Rosebush Center – University Ave in East Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)
• The Cornerstone Center – Broadway in Downtown Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)
• Ruth Helf Center – Mason Street in West Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)

Hours based upon the location (not to go outside of business hours Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
