Some of the Responsibilities of the Chef/Cook include:
Preparation of a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes
Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment
Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods
Works closely with all Residents and staff members and vendors
Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements of the Chef/Cook:
2 years institutional stlye cooking experience preferred
Serv Safe Certified Preferred, or willing to get trained within 90 days
Must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated for covid19
