Title of Position: Chef de Cuisine

Job Description: The Chef de Cuisinewill be expected to operate a well-managed, clean and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The Chef de Cuisine in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation, and quality. The Chef de Cuisine must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales, and guest counts.

Qualifications:

  • · The Chef de Cuisine should always provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • · The Chef de Cuisine must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • · A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Chef de Cuisine
  • · A requirement for the Chef de Cuisine is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
  • · This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
