Qualification
High level of curiosity, commitment and follow through
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer, web and mobile application skills
Reports to: Fitness Director
Position Status: full time, Non-Exempt (schedule may include weekends, evenings and Holidays)
Essential Job Functions:
Uphold the Mission and Values of Snap Fitness
Provide a prompt, safe and effective training session every time
Ensure Fitness areas are clean, sanitized, organized and present well
Listen and get results for each client
Participate fully in your role as an employee and as a team member
