Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Up to $22/hr Daily Pay Job at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center
We are hiring all shifts for full-time and part-time positions with Base rates at $18 to $20/hr. (Extra $2/hr shift differential for 2nd and $1/hr for 3rd Shift. Make up to $22/hr based on experience and shift differential!
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides nursing and nursing related services to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.

Job Duties:
- Provides care in a manner that protects and promotes Resident Rights, dignity, self-determination, and active participation.
- Offers and respects resident choice in matters of daily routine.
- Assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care for assigned residents and reports information to the Unit LPN, nurse in charge.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
- Assists the resident in maintaining/improving function, encouraging independence whenever responsible for the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and overall hygiene of the resident: baths, shampoos, shaves, nail care, mouth care, and foot care.
- Assists with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding of assigned residents.
- Takes residents' temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure per facility policy.
- Assists at meals - serving, cutting, pouring, encouraging, or feeding as necessary.
- Ensure that the resident's room is reading for receiving the resident.
- Conducts rounds every two hours on residents and answers all call lights promptly.
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification for the State of Pennsylvania
