- Assist in taking the preliminary medical history information from the client (i.e., vital signs, blood pressure, preliminary medical history)
-Assist in Client check out procedures such as using a POS system to collect payment, rescheduling patients, etc.
-Manage & assist in resolving clients’ inquiries via phone call, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner and friendly tone.
-Schedule clients’ follow up appointments, order labs, and/or radiological tests as needed and follow up on those results
- Recently or in the past received a Medical Assistant Certification
