We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and accurately completing transactions at the cash register. Previous cash register experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have a strong focus on quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments and refunds.
- Prepare daily register receipts and bank deposits.
- Answer customers' questions and resolve problems.
- Take inventory of product supply in the store.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Coordinate with other employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
