SUMMARY:
Serves food or beverage to customers utilizing menus and verbal description by performing the following duties.

DUTIES:

• Understand and memorize the recipes on the menu
• Use of blender, meat slicer, ovens, and cash register
• Understand the setup, maintenance and breakdown procedure of the beverage outlets and foods areas
• Itemizes and total check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts payment
• Maintains a clean workspace

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Food Handling Certificate required by the Health Department
